Estrella Del Sur is an early Sparkman & Stephens design built by Nautor in Pietarsaari, Finland, using fiberglass—then a cutting-edge material for a yacht of her size. Recognizing the importance of her heritage, her owners undertook a substantial refit 45 years after she was originally commissioned.

JBY carefully planned the work to preserve the yacht’s classic character while addressing structural issues caused by decades of bluewater sailing.
